1. Class Bookings
When a student books a class through Daroflex Class, payment is processed securely via our payment system.
The booking is confirmed once payment is received.
2. Student Cancellations
- Students may cancel or reschedule a class at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund or credit.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases (e.g., technical issues or emergencies).
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of approval.
3. Teacher Cancellations
- If a teacher cancels a scheduled class, the student will receive a full refund or reschedule option at no extra cost.
- Frequent teacher cancellations may result in review or suspension of the teacher’s account.
4. Technical Issues
If a class cannot take place due to platform or connection issues:
- Daroflex Class will help reschedule the session or issue a refund if rescheduling is not possible.
- Students and teachers should report issues within 24 hours of the scheduled class.
5. No-Show Policy
- If a student fails to attend a scheduled class without prior notice, the class fee is non-refundable.
- If a teacher fails to show up, the student will receive a full refund or free reschedule.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds are credited back using the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
7. Disputes
Any disputes regarding payments, cancellations, or refunds should be reported to our support team within 7 days of the incident.
Daroflex Class will review and respond to all disputes fairly and promptly.
